METHOD FOR PRODUCING SOIL SALT BY USING EAST SEA BRINE

The present invention relates to a method for producing soil salt by using East Sea brine. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing soil salt using brine produced through a safe and pure salt producing process by using loess and pure surface layer water, deep sea water, or salty underground water (bedrock seawater) of the East Sea. The method comprises: a water obtaining step of pumping and transferring brine of the East Seat to an evaporation place through a pump, and storing brine at a predetermined salinity by evaporating moisture for a predetermined period of time; a soil plate operating step of repeating a procedure for several times, wherein the procedure includes producing a soil plate, laminating granite soil at a predetermined thickness on the soil plate, and scattering and drying brine of the evaporation place onto the granite soil; a concentrating step of simultaneously feeding the brine of the evaporation place and the granite soil mixed with loess and obtained after an operation related to the soil plate is completed, and storing salty water having a predetermined salinity by dissolving salt concentrated in the loess and the granite soil; a filtering step of removing impurities by filtering the concentrated salty water through a raftered part; a soil salt producing step of producing soil salt by evaporating moisture by heating the filtered salty water in a kiln for a predetermined period of time; a salt collecting step of collecting the produced soil salt, and moving the soil salt to a drying chamber; a brine removing step of removing brine by dehydrating and drying the soil salt in a drying chamber; and a shipping step of removing impurities from soil salt having brine removed therefrom, performing quality inspection, and shipping a product.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
