The present invention relates to a connecting pipe manufacturing apparatus, a connecting pipe manufacturing method based on the same, and a connector-integrated connecting pipe manufactured by the same. The apparatus for manufacturing the connector-integrated connecting pipe according to the present invention includes: a connector assembly unit provided with an inside jig for connector assembly forming a connecting port of the connecting pipe into which a tube is inserted, an outside jig for connector assembly connected to the inside jig and forming a side surface of the connecting port, and a connector inserted between the inside jig and the outside jig and preventing concrete inflow into the inside jig and the outside jig during connecting pipe manufacturing; an outer mold connected to the connector assembly unit and forming an outer surface of the connecting pipe; an inner mold connected to the inside jig and forming an inner surface of the connecting pipe; a fixing bolt for coupling between the outer mold and the connector assembly unit; and a base plate coupled with ends of the outer mold and the inner mold such that one end between the outer mold and the inner mold is sealed, a through-hole for inner mold insertion being formed in a middle portion of the base plate.
