The present invention relates to a method and system for virtual training using contamination distribution measurement, which provide virtual training against contamination by using an operation server, an administrator terminal, and a participant terminal. A method for virtual training using contamination distribution measurement according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: connecting an operation server to an administrator terminal; generating a scenario regarding discharging of contaminants; generating a reference contamination distribution map based on the generated scenario; connecting the operation server to a participant terminal; selecting measuring device-related information; receiving contaminant measurement information based on the selected measuring device-related information; receiving measurement coordinates and a contamination value corresponding to the measurement coordinates from the generated reference contamination distribution map; generating an estimated contamination distribution map based on the received measurement coordinates and the contamination value; comparing the generated estimated contamination distribution map with the reference contamination distribution map, and generating information about evaluation of estimated contamination distribution; and transmitting one or more of the generated reference contamination distribution map, the generated estimated contamination distribution map, and the generated information about the evaluation to the administrator terminal or participant terminal.
