The present invention relates to a device and a method for measuring radioactive contamination in water and a system for measuring spatial distribution of radioactive contamination in water, wherein a water buoy is coupled to at least one underwater tube, and each of the underwater tube may comprise a measuring instrument measuring an amount of radiation in water and a water-pressure gauge measuring a depth using water pressure. Moreover, the water buoy may comprise a control unit controlling operation of the measuring instrument and the water-pressure gauge and a communication unit. The communication unit receives information with respect to the amount of radiation and the depth measured from the measuring instrument and the water-pressure gauge, and transmits the received information to a user device.
