The present invention relates to novel Penicillium solitum ( P. solitum ) M2439 strains and their uses, and more particularly to P. solitum M2439 strains isolated and identified from soybean strains, , it is possible to produce a soy sauce with a rich flavor, yet suitable for production to get the yield of traditional soy sauce with the traditional Aspergillusoryzae , the P. solitum M2439 strain can be effectively used as an isolate strain for the production of intestinal products.
