The present invention includes: a smart terminal for storing a game file or a movie file or compressing a file received from an external device to transmit the compressed file to a monitor installed at a table through a USB cable and a USB driver which is installed therein; a recharging circuit for performing a recharging by converting main power to transmit electric power to the smart terminal through the USB cable; a flash memory for storing an operating software related to the monitor and driven according to a control of a main chipset; a DRAM for temporarily storing a file received from the smart terminal, storing a game or a movie received from the smart terminal, and deleting memorized data when a communication with the smart terminal is blocked; a monitor for displaying the game or movie received from the smart terminal and displaying a touch pattern; a touch control unit for controlling the main chipset based on input data inputted in the touch panel; and a main chipset, in which the file received from the smart terminal is stored in the DRAM, the file stored in the DRAM is controlled to be displayed through the monitor, the recharging circuit is controlled to recharge the smart terminal, the memory and the monitor are controlled according to a control command inputted through the touch control unit, and a communicating state of the USB cable is periodically checked to delete the data stored in the DRAM when the communication is inactive.
