The present invention relates to recombinant Escherichia coli having introduced lysine decarboxylase derived from Escherichia coli, and to a method for producing an immobilized procell enzyme by using the recombinant protein and producing high concentration cadaverine by using the same, wherein the immobilized procell enzyme is not dissolved even when high concentration cadaverine is produced. According to the present invention, a method for immobilizing barium-alginate is introduced by solving a problem of a conventional method for immobilizing calcium-alginate. When cadaverine is produced from high concentration L-lysine by utilizing the same, high efficiency and stability are ensured, and re-usage problems are overcome.
