The present invention relates to a method for continuously manufacturing high-concentration cadaverine for a long period of time by using recombinant escherichia coli into which lysine decarboxylase gene derived from the escherichia coli is introduced through a continuous process in an immobilized carrier and a small continuous reactor. The present invention came up with an idea that a large-volume reactor is necessary during mass reaction to solve procell recovery and stability which were the problems when manufacturing the cadaverine using only existing procell, and thus manufactures the high-concentration cadaverine for a long period of time only with a small continuous reactor by using the carrier which immobilized the procell, thereby being expected to have effects of saving time and reducing costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
