The present invention relates to Myoviridae bacteriophage Aer-SAP-1 (Accession no. KCTC 12814BP) which has been isolated from nature, and is characterized by having a genome represented by sequence number 1 having ability to specifically kill Aeromonas salmonicida bacteria, and to a method in which a composition comprising Myoviridae bacteriophage Aer-SAP-1 as an active ingredient is used for preventing and treating infection by Aeromonas salmonicida bacteria.
