The present invention relates to a microorganism isolated from nature, Myoviridae bacteriophage Aer-SAP-2 (Accession No. KCTC 12909BP), having an ability to kill Aeromonas salmonicida bacteria and having a genome of SEQ ID NO: 1, and to a method for preventing or treating a disease caused by Aeromonas salmonicida bacteria using the composition containing the same as an active ingredient. The method of the present invention is highly specific for Aeromonas salmonicida.
