The present invention relates to a steam generator comprising: a heat conduction pipe disposed in a riser tube of a coke oven; a pump and a supply pipe supplying a fluid to one side of the heat conduction pipe; a steam tank; a connection pipe disposed between the other side of the heat conduction pipe and the steam tank; and a power steam generator generating electricity using high-pressure steam supplied from the steam tank. The heat conduction pipe is able to be formed in a coil shape. Accordingly, process steam and power beneficially used in a coke oven and steelworks processes are able to be produced using waste heat traveling through a riser tube of a coke oven.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
