The present invention relates to a novel compound isolated from meal beetle, and to an isolation method thereof. The novel compound is isolated from a fraction of ethyl acetate showing anti-Alzheimers effects, and thus is anticipated to have outstanding therapeutic effects on Alzheimers disease, thereby being useful as functional health foods or pharmaceutical compositions for preventing or treating senescence-related cerebropathia.
