The present invention relates to a method which is configured to select skeleton flexible organic and inorganic hybrid nanoporous materials for which adsorption-desorption isotherms for olefin and paraffin, i.e., separation targets, exhibit hysteresis loops, to select the adsorption pressure at which the selected nanoporous materials can efficiently separate olefin and paraffin from each other, and to separate olefin and paraffin having the same number of carbon atoms by applying the adsorption pressure. When the organic and inorganic hybrid nanoporous materials indicative of skeleton flexibility and the adsorption pressure selected according to the present invention are used, olefin and paraffin having the same number of carbon atoms can be efficiently separated from each other, and hydrocarbon having a different number of carbon atoms can be efficiently separated.
