Disclosed is a glucose detection plasmonic biosensor having a groove slit groove structure.This biosensor includes a thin metal film formed on a substrate of transparent material. Wherein the metal thin film is provided with a slit for providing an optical path for allowing light incident from an upper portion of the metal thin film to enter the substrate and n grooves formed on one side of the metal thin film with respect to the slit, M grooves are formed. (Where n and m are natural numbers and satisfy n + m 3). Also, a multi-slit groove structure in which at least one slit is formed is included. In addition, the groove slit groove structure is cross-arranged to include a longitudinal groove slit groove structure and a lateral groove slit groove structure. Further, the present invention includes a double-sided slit groove structure in which a single or multiple groove slit groove structures are formed on both sides of the substrate.;
