The present invention relates to a system and a method for recommending a personally customized credit card, capable of making a customer feel the maximum satisfaction in use of a credit card. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a user terminal collecting card use particulars of a user and requesting recommendation of a credit card fit to the collected card use particulars; a service provider server collecting and classifying card information to store the classified card information in a database, analyzing the card use particulars of the user according to a card recommendation request received from the user terminal, searching the card information stored in the database in order to recommend a card corresponding to an analysis result, receiving a card recommendation result from the database to transmit the result to the user terminal, and providing and changing a discount benefit of the card, and providing a card issuance and update management service; and the database storing information and data relating to various kinds of cards, and a program required for system operation, and comparing the corresponding cards according to a card information inquiry received from the service provider server.
