The present invention relates to a fragment panel shaping machine for a soccer ball outer skin. The present invention includes: a lifting and lowering operating unit (20) lifting and lowering a lifting and lowering operating plate (21) above a lower main body (10); a fragment panel supply unit (30) having at least one parallel receiving frame (33) placing fragment panels on the lifting and lowering operating plate; a heating unit (40) thermally compressing a fragment panel (2) with an upper surface heating plate (43) and a side surface heating plate (41) forming an insertion groove (42) for insertion and supply of the fragment panel (2) installed on the lifting and lowering operating unit (20), the upper surface heating plate (43) sliding to one side for upward discharge of the fragment panel (2); and a cooling storage unit (50) installed on the lifting and lowering operating unit (20), having a vertical fragment panel cooling hole (51), and performing insertion, storage, and cooling in order of the fragment panel (2) discharged upward after the thermal compression. The fragment panel for the soccer ball outer skin is supplied to the receiving frame in a bonded state and then it is thermally compressed during lifting and lowering. Then, it is cooled while being discharged to the upper cooling storage unit. According to the present invention, this process is automatically and continuously performed, and thus workability and productivity can be improved to a significant extent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
