The present invention relates to a negative ion-exchange membrane based on polyether ether ketone, a preparation method thereof, and a negative ion-exchange membrane fuel cell comprising the same. More specifically, polyether ether ketone polymers with excellent processability as a separation membrane is synthesized by using a monomer containing ammonium salt and a bisphenol A based monomer, and a negative ion-exchange membrane with improved ion conductivity and physical strength is produced by using the polymer.
