The present invention relates to a polyether ether ketone-based composite membrane, a method for preparing the same, and an anion exchange membrane for a fuel cell including the same, and more particularly, to synthesize a monomer containing a quaternary ammonium salt and to include polyether ether having excellent solubility. By synthesizing the ketone copolymer and impregnating the copolymer of the polyether ether ketone series on the porous support membrane, it can be applied as an anion exchange membrane for fuel cells having excellent durability, excellent ion conductivity stability and alkali resistance.
