The present invention relates to an ultrasonic vibration fuser for ultrasonically vibrating, fusing, and fixing several components separately on a panel made of a synthetic resin. In particular, the present invention relates to an automatic removal device of a tip generated during molding of an ultrasonic fuser, wherein the automatic removal device can automatically remove a tip generated by ultrasonic vibration fusion during ultrasonic fusion. The automatic removal device of a tip of the present invention is installed in a part for supporting a component during vacuum molding on a support table of an ultrasonic vibration fuser. A tip is automatically removed after ultrasonic vacuum fusion, so an operation process can be reduced. Accordingly, separate manpower for removing a tip after ultrasonic vibration molding is not needed, so waste of manpower is reduced and product production costs can be reduced. Moreover, a tip is automatically removed after ultrasonic vibration molding, so product quality is improved and operation time is reduced.
