The present invention relates to a framework for executing mining of BIM-based data, capable of reducing complexity of data mining processing for various data sources and types used to manage energy. The framework according to the present invention, comprises: a BIM-based integrated database (B-IDB) supporting a database integrated into a data schema structure; a BIM server (B-SER) providing the integrated database through various interface methods; a BIM-based ETL (B-ETL) supporting extraction methods, conversion methods, and loading methods of external data; a BIM object data binder (B-ODB) supporting a method of combining the external data with a BIM object; a BIM-based data model validation rule set (B-DVR) supporting a validation rule to validate reliability of a BIM-based data model; a BIM-based data mining operator (B-DMO) providing a data operator to process the data mining; a data mining function library (DM-FL) supporting a data mining function; a BIM-based data mining script (B-DMS) supporting a script to process the data mining; a BIM-based service plug-in (B-SPI) supporting a plug-in method to extend a service; and a BIM-based service container (B-SCT) supporting a service life cycle and service recyclability.
