The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent flow noises using a stiffness of an ondol (Korean heating system) layer. The apparatus to prevent flow noises using the stiffness of the ondol layer comprises: a lower horizontal shear connection unit fixated to a bottom slab of a structure, and buried in a shock absorbing layer installed in an upper portion of the bottom slab to resist a horizontal shear force applied to the bottom slab; and an upper horizontal shear connection unit detachably fastened with the lower horizontal shear connection unit and buried in a finish layer of the structure installed in an upper portion of the shock absorbing layer. The lower horizontal shear connection unit includes a disk-shaped lower main body part fixated to an upper surface of the bottom slab, and a lower wall part erected on the lower main body part to form an accommodation space accommodating the shock absorbing material therein. The upper horizontal shear connection unit includes a disk-shaped upper main body part, an upper wall part erected on the upper main body part, and a pressing vane part protruding from the upper wall part outward to press an upper surface of the shock absorbing layer. The apparatus to prevent flow noises using the stiffness of the ondol layer is able to reduce weight shock sound with a simple structure without increasing a thickness of the bottom slab itself by increasing secondary section moment of the slab.
