The present invention relates to an injection system capable of precisely injecting Botox and performing a simulation. The injection system comprises: a 3D scanning means (110) capable of three-dimensionally scanning the shape of the face of a user; a main control device (120) for simulating the face shape in accordance with a feeding amount and a feeding position of each Botox in accordance with the face shape of the user scanned through the 3D scanning means (110), comparatively displaying each of anticipated face shapes with the face shape, and determining and displaying a determined feeding amount and a determined feeding position of the Botox in accordance with the face shape selected by a user from each of the anticipated face shapes through such a simulation; and a feeding means (130) for feeding the Botox into the face of the user in accordance with the determined feeding amount and the determined feeding position of the Botox transferred from the main control device (120).
