The method for preserving plum for processed food according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (A) injecting 100 parts by weight of plums into a wrapping paper and spraying 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of sa And (B) vacuum packing the wrapping paper into which the plum and salt have been introduced. Thus, the plum which has not been stored until 30 days can be stored for up to 100 days without changing its physical properties.
