The present invention relates to a constant temperature system for maintaining a constant temperature of a KTP crystal used in an Nd: YAG laser device. The present invention has the following effects. The temperature control by an electronic method rapidly reacts to a temperature change and directly responds to the temperature instantly to keep the temperature of the KTP crystal within an error range to ensure the stability of the laser output. Especially, the KTP crystal can be maintained at a constant temperature by quickly correcting the temperature even when the external temperature changes in a double-sided control method using a thermoelectric element.
