The present invention provides a rotor design method for a gerotor oil pump and a gerotor oil pump manufactured through the same. A hypocaicoid curve arc and an epicycloid curve arc are connected on a base circle having the same radius R1 to generate an inner rotor profile. An outer rotor profile corresponding to the inner rotor profile is generated. Therefore, it is possible to optimize the profile design of an inner rotor and an outer rotor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
