The present invention discloses a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of immunomodulatory disorder syndrome comprising the extracellular domain protein of CTLA-4 or a gene thereof. The composition according to the present invention can be useful for the treatment of immunomodulatory syndromes in which autoimmune symptoms are manifested in multiple organs throughout the body without any treatment for idiopathic refractory diseases.;
