The present invention relates to a method for preparing a metal catalyst electrode for electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device, comprising: (a) forming an organic material pattern on a mother substrate; (b) forming an etch mask on the mother substrate using an organic material pattern; (D) forming a replica mold using the electrode pattern of the mother substrate; (e) forming a metal catalyst electrode using the replica mold; f) forming a three-dimensional nanostructured metal oxide by performing heat treatment on the metal catalyst electrode, g) performing an electrochemical reduction reaction to reduce the three-dimensional nanostructured metal oxide to form a three-dimensional metal catalyst electrode, And (h) forming a cocatalyst on the three-dimensional metal catalyst electrode. The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a metal catalyst electrode for electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction.
