The present invention relates to a R4-26 strain in the genus lactobacillus having mildewproof activities, and a use thereof. The R4-26 strain in the genus lactobacillus shows antibacterial activities against Fusarium moniliforme capable of producing mycotoxin, and also instantly increases acidity, thereby effectively reducing contamination by mold in the production of silage.
