The present invention relates to a novel Lactobacillus plantarum KNU-03 strain (accession number KCTC 13064BP) having activities of plant growth promotion, phosphoric acid solubilization, and antifungal; and to a microbial formulation using thereof. The novel strain of the present invention has been experimentally confirmed to have plant growth promotion, phosphoric acid solubilization, and antifungal activities, and thus can be usefully used in eco-friendly farming.
