The present invention relates to a sweet taste enhancing amino acid composition comprising L-lysine and L-glutamic acid. According to the present invention, a mixed composition of L-lysine and L-glutamic acid can be used as a composition capable of replacing the sweetness of sugar in a conventional food manufacturing process. The amino acid seasoning composition of the present invention has an effect of enhancing the sweetness of the product rather than losing its sweetness even when the conventional sugar amount is reduced by 30-50%. Thus, the seasoning composition of the present invention provides a complex amino acid seasoning composition that is substantially equivalent to or better in sweetness than sugar and has improved nutritional aspects.
