The present invention relates to a Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain which can be used for livestock feeds by increasing the content of aglycon isoflavones, and a fermentation broth and a feed composition using the same. The Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain MK56 of the present invention was excellent in the activity of beta glucosidase, and the aglycone series isoflavone contained in the bean was fermented before fermentation (15.34%) after fermentation (56.84 %) By about 3.7 times. Therefore, the fermented product using the MK56 strain of the present invention can improve the aglycon isoflavone almost four times, thereby increasing the female hormone activity and the absorption rate in the body, so that it can be fully utilized as a livestock feed. In addition, the fermented product of the present invention can counteract the negative effects that may occur when garlic is used alone, and can induce a synergistic effect with garlic, thereby providing an advantageous effect on livestock growth such as broiler chickens.
