The present invention relates to a Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain which can be used for livestock feeds by increasing the content of aglycon isoflavones, and a fermentation broth and a feed composition using the same. The Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain MK56 of the present invention was excellent in the activity of beta glucosidase, and the aglycone series isoflavone contained in the bean was fermented before fermentation (15.34%) after fermentation (56.84 %) By about 3.7 times.
