The present invention relates to a method for preparing a reinforced composite membrane using an ionomer nanodispersion, comprising the following steps: (a) immersing a porous support in a pretreatment solution and pretreating the same; (b) dispersing perfluorinated ionomer in the continuous phase including water and alcohol in the supercritical conditions, and preparing an ionomer nanodispersion; (c) immersing the pretreated porous support in the ionomer nanodispersion, drying the same at 20 to 80 C and forming a film; and (d) thermally treating the film at 80 to 250 C. A reinforced composite membrane manufactured by the method has low hydrogen permeability, and excellent mechanical strength and hydrogen ion conductivity.
