The present invention relates to a method of preparing a polymer electrolyte membrane using perfluorinated ionomer nanodispersion which comprises the following steps: (a) preparing ionomer nanodispersion by dispersing perfluorinated ionomers which contain water and alcohol and have a continuous phase under a supercritical condition; (b) casting the ionomer nanodispersion on a substrate, and drying the ionomer nanodispersion at 20-80C to form a membrane; and (c) heat-processing the membrane at 80-250C. Accordingly, a polymer electrolyte membrane with low hydrogen permeability and excellent mechanical strength and hydrogen ion conductivity can be provided.
