The present invention relates to a binder for a carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate (c-LiFePO_4) electrode and, more specifically, to a polymer binder for a secondary battery electrode as a copolymer comprising hard segments which enables hydrogen bonding and soft segments in a polyol structure in the electrode. Also, the present invention relates to an electrode for a secondary battery in which a non-aqueous electrolyte is applied on an electrode mixture including the binder for an electrode, and to a lithium secondary battery comprising the electrode.
