Provided is a transceiver switch of a wireless transceiver, which allows positive (+) and negative (-) currents generated by static electricity to flow to a ground by connecting a first diode and a second diode included in an electrostatic discharge circuit in parallel in opposite directions and fixing a voltage of a node to which the electrostatic discharge circuit is connected to have the same potential in DC with the ground by connecting the node to which the electrostatic discharge circuit is connected and the ground.
