The present invention relates to an adhesive film with an improved tunnel phenomenon and a method of producing the adhesive film with the improved tunnel phenomenon. Specifically, the present invention provides the method of producing the adhesive film with the improved tunnel phenomenon, the method comprising the steps of: injecting a peeling sheet between a form cylinder and a pressing roller to dot print an adhesive on the peeling sheet; passing the dot printed peeling sheet through a curing chamber to cure the adhesive; and pressing a substrate film in an adhesive direction on the peeling sheet passing through the curing chamber to laminate the substrate film onto the peeling sheet, and the adhesive film with the improved tunnel phenomenon produced by the method, wherein surface intaglio portions provided within L1 and L3 ranges at both side ends of the form cylinder have a large unit area compared with a surface intaglio portion provided within an L2 range of the form cylinder. Accordingly, there are advantages that the method can reduce production costs, produce the adhesive film with excellent adhesion properties and peelability, and solve a problem of a tunnel phenomenon problem at side portions of the adhesive film by facilitating the production of the adhesive film and producing the adhesive film through a continuous process when producing the adhesive film using the method according to the present invention.
