Cattle feed for improving flesh breeding method using it and beef having high oleic acid

The present invention relates to a cattle feed composition for improving meat quality. The cattle feed composition includes: roughage substances; enriched feed substances including energy complexes; and additives including phyllite, limestone, sulfur, vitamins, salt, and probiotics mixed therein. The cattle feed composition uses the relatively low-cost roughage substances and effective probiotics and energy complexes in order to significantly increase the content of an oleic acid in beef. The present invention uses the composition suitable for periods before and after growth completion to grow cattle, thereby increasing the content of the oleic acid, rough saponin, and sulfur, and unsaturated fatty acid in beef.
