DEVICE FOR REUSING VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS BY CONDENSATION

The present invention relates to an apparatus for condensing, recovering, and reusing volatile organic compounds (VOCs). More specifically, the apparatus condenses the VOCs in exhaust gas from a facility using a large number of VOCs by making the VOCs come in direct contract with low-temperature ethylene glycol and recovers and reuses the liquefied VOCs. The apparatus for condensing, recovering, and reusing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) includes: (a) a condensation tower filled with a solvent for condensing the VOCs; (b) a stirrer for stirring the VOCs with the solvent; (c) an exhaust gas supply unit supplying the VOCs into the condensation tower; (d) a cooling unit for cooling down the temperature in the condensation tower; (e) a condensed and liquefied VOC discharging unit discharging the condensed VOCs; and (f) a gas outlet discharging the remaining VOCs after the condensation operation. The VOCs are condensed after coming in direct contact with the cooled solvent in the apparatus. Accordingly, the apparatus can be applied to a small-scale organic solvent usage facility regardless of the condensation of the VOCs and wind strength.
