PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflammable VOC(volatile organic compounds) gas treatment device removing efficiently an inflammble VOC gas from an exhaust gas to decompose it, the inflammable VOC gas treatment system, and the inflammable VOC gas treatment method. PSOLUTION: The inflammable VOC gas treatment method comprises: an adsorption process of adsorbing and removing the inflammable VOC gas by using the inflammable VOC gas treatment device provided with an exhaust gas sending portion 1, an adsorption part 2, a heating portion 5, a sending portion 6 of a gas having a nonsusceptibility to burn, a combustion air feeding portion 7, a mixing part 8, a mixed gas discharge section 9, an activated water supply 10, a cooling portion 11, and a detection part 12; a desorption preparatory process where the oxygen gas concentration in atmosphere in the adsorption part 2 is made to be less than 8 vol.%; a desorption process of desorbing the inflammable VOC gas from the adsorption part 2; a mixing process of making a mixture gas from the inflammable VOC gas and air, a discharge process of discharging the mixture gas to the combustion part 4, a combustion process to make the mixed gas burn; a cooling process of cooling the adsorption part 2 and the heating portion 5; and an activating and reusing process of activating and reusing the adsorption part 2.
