The present invention relates to a technological composition which provides an infrastructure revenue creation method through a mobile-based social network service (SNS) application group management and an infrastructure building management SNS server using the same. The present invention comprises: a step of building a member DB including the names and phone numbers of members stored in a virtual member DB of a manager terminal by building an infrastructure while setting a social network relationship for SNS based on specific virtual groups such as alumni associations, clubs, and various kinds of social organizations; a step of building an organization DB which stores main organization information, where the member belongs, and sub organization information, which is included by being subdivided in the main organization, in connection with the phone numbers of the members; a step of building a content DB which stores content for providing an individual community corresponding to each organization for an application; a step of providing a list of organization communities including the sub organization and the main organization where the manager belongs by using the organization DB and the phone number of the manager terminal connected to an SNS server; a step of activating and providing the main screen of the corresponding organization community selected by the manager terminal from the list of the organization communities with reference to the content DB; and a step of transmitting and receiving an information message by including an information message receiving unit of receiving the information message and an information message transmitting unit of transmitting mobile SNS application information to the member terminal of the sub organization and the main organization where the manager belongs by using the organization DB from the manager terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
