The present invention relates to a renewable energy and water self-supporting convergence system of an island area and a photovoltaic module cleaning device used for the same. The system stores a power generated by a photovoltaic device, a small wind device, and a pumped generation device in a battery device and supplies to the outside, and moves water for waterpower generation to a highland by using the pumped generation device at the time of generating dump power. A photovoltaic panel is installed to be inclined on the photovoltaic device, and the surface of the photovoltaic panel can be cleaned and cooled by a cleaning rod in the same way as a wiper, thereby increasing generating efficiency of the photovoltaic panel, and recirculate cleaning water, thereby saving the amount of water usage.
