The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) probe for use in the analysis of large genotypes of Chinese cabbage, and more particularly, to a method for detecting a single nucleotide polymorphism selected from among 194 single nucleotide polymorphisms, A kit, a microarray DNA chip, and a method for identifying a system or a variety of Chinese cabbage using the probe, the composition, the kit, and the microarray DNA chip.According to the present invention, it is possible to quickly, accurately, and easily discriminate a system or a variety of Chinese cabbages. In particular, since the present invention utilizes the genetic information of Chinese cabbage, it is possible to use a variety of Chinese cabbage tissues or cells such as seeds, sprouts, roots, and the like to determine strains or cultivars even if they are not adults. Therefore, it can be very useful for the development of new varieties of Chinese cabbage, and it is expected that the time required for the development of varieties can be greatly shortened.
