Disclosed are uses of thrombospondin 1 (THBS1), matrix metallppeptidase 9 (MMP9) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) markers used for selecting Korean native cattle objects with high quality. Disclosed are uses for discriminating marbling score of Korean native cattle or meat quality grade using combinations of the markers. The expression level of the three genes is applied to a multiple regression model and marbling score can be precisely presumed. A method, a composition and a kit according to the present invention presumes marbling score of Korean native cattle objects with high quality in the initial stage so efficiency of a Korean native cattle feeding system can be increased.
