The present invention relates to a continuous reversing device for trenchless repair of water supply and drainage pipes and a trenchless repair method of water supply and drainage pipes using the same, capable of miniaturizing a reversing device to enable free movement and to facilitate separation during a curing operation, and maximizing the internal pressure of the reversing device by maximizing airtightness. According to the present invention, the continuous reversing device for trenchless repair of water supply and drainage pipes comprises: a reverser housing of a cylindrical structure; and a reversing element fixating an end of a tube liner and inducing reversal of the tube liner.
