In a sewer pipe line repairing method pressing an inside pipe rehabilitating member from the inside with a tubular expansion type repairing apparatus(20) remotely moving in a sewer pipe(1), as a non-excavating sewer pipe line rehabilitation method re-pressing an inside jointing part of a hard vinyl chloride pipe(30) and plural plate type stainless steel sleeves(10) after continuously pressurizing plural hollow tubular hard vinyl chloride pipes, a sewer pipe line rehabilitation method using a stainless and hard vinyl chloride synthetic pipe forms the stainless steel sleeve into a tubular roll of predetermined width provided with a hook type combining projection(11) and plural combining grooves(12) at both ends meeting each other as a combining unit, equally pressurizes the wrapped tubular stainless steel sleeve from the inside with strong expansion power by using compressed air from the tubular expansion type repairing apparatus, and evenly combines the combining groove and the combining projection without any end protrusion or bending, and forms a dual wall synthetic pipe overlapping the hard vinyl chloride synthetic pipe and the stainless pipe of a concentric circle in the sewer pipe as a rehabilitating pipe.
