The present invention relates to a method for producing killed lactic acid bacteria by using a bioreactor including a culture device and a membrane filter, and to killed bacteria produced through the method. The method comprises: a step of performing seed culturing on live lactic acid bacteria; a step of performing intermediate cultivating on the live lactic acid bacteria; a step of culturing and concentrating the live lactic acid bacteria by using a first membrane filter; a step of killing the cultured and concentrated live lactic acid bacteria; a step of concentrating the killed lactic acid bacteria by using a second membrane filter; a step of drying and powdering the concentrated killed lactic acid bacteria; and a step of completing the production of killed lactic acid bacteria. The size of the lactic acid bacteria can be easily controlled.
