DRY MIX FOR CONCRETE SOLUTIONS AND METHOD OF APPLICATION OF SOLUTIONS ON ITS BASIS

FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: dry mixture for preparing concrete and building mortar represents a cement of the following granulometric composition: grains with the size of 6.0 mcm in the amount of ≈65-85%; grains with the size of 1.0÷6.0 mcm in the amount of ≈12-31%, grains with the size of 1 mcm in the amount of ≈0.1-4%. In the dry mixture, the grains with the size of 6.0 mcm have in their composition the following mineralogical components: alite 27-65%, belite 10-40%, aluminate phase 5-20%, ferritic phase 10-18%, impurities - the rest, the grains with the size of 1.0÷6.0 mcm: alite 10-50%, belite 10-50%, calcite 5-40%, impurities together with aluminate and ferrite phases - the rest, while the grains with the size of ≤1.0 mcm contain in their composition not less than 5-25% of particles with the size of ≤0.1 mcm. The dry mixture is intended for mortars for shotcreting, wherein the shotcreting is carried out by the method of spraying. The method of using the mixture according to claim 1 for preparing building mortar applied in layer to the shotcreted surface.EFFECT: increasing the strength, adhesive ability and reducing the rebound of the mortar during shotcreting.7 cl, 4 dwg
