摘要

A procedure for solving partial differential equations is presented. It is based upon the use of a rotated difference scheme along with an additional retarding term. Applications to the analysis of airfoils in transonic flow are shown, as well as a comparison with experimental results. The examples show good agreement with experimental data, confirming the validity of the model. The technique is easily adaptable to the three dimensional case.
