Device comprises two or four rectangular shaped magnetic coils mounted on the body of the plasma engine in the area behind the outlet channel cutoff, located by the open parts of the frames opposite each other. Coils are mounted symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the motor, parallel to each other or at a slight angle to each other.
