The propulsion system is connected to a multistage vacuum system (3) and multistage ram jet engines. A thrust vector control (9) is located behind the last stage (4,5) of the vacuum system or ram jet engines. The control can be pivoted in all direction. The connection is formed by a compressed air feed channel (19). Air is sucked in at any point on the aircraft, and supplied to the propulsion system via an air supply channel (20). Closure valves (12) are located in the air channels or between the systems.
